We have been taking a very controlled and metered approach to our strength training every week for the last several weeks, but there is always a good, long WOD that works to test and help us maintain our “engine”. Today is another one of those days! Come in ready to work hard and grind it out…This is going to be a good one!

10 Kettlebell Swings (1.5/1pd)
10 Handstand Push-Ups
