People ask me all the time what the hardest part of CrossFit is and I tell them that CrossFit is easy…It’s the math that you have to do at the end to add up all the gains that is the truly difficult part!!

Push Press:
5 x 3 (increasing)

WOD
EMOM x 15:
Min 1: 5 Split Jerks
Min 2: 10 Front Squats
Min 3: 12 Pull-Ups

 

*All bars loaded at 60% of Push-Press weight.
