Yeah, it’s summer and we live in the Mid-West…It’s gonna be pretty warm outside. Don’t act like it’s a surprise! Come prepared to sweat and (if you talk about your surprise regarding the heat) get punched in the throat.

Strength
1. EMOM x 5:
1 Deadlift @ 90%

2. 20:00 to work to heavy 2-Rep:
1 Snatch High Pull + 1 Hang Power Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat

 

WOD
AMRAP 8:
50 Double-Unders
15 Kettlebell Swings (1.5/1pd)
