What?

We are not a group exercise class or a boot camp facility. Prior to graduating to group classes, you will complete 6 classes in our On-Ramp Program that will properly prepare you for the demands of group classes.

Why?

Learning movements that are required for improved fitness – movements like squats, snatches and pull-ups – take time, as does improving your mobility, your endurance, your speed and your power.

Improving your fitness is a slow process. Everyone has different strengths and weaknesses when they show up at our doors. Some members struggle with mobility, others with stability, others yet come to us two months after having knee surgery and need to be tended with care. And on the other end of the spectrum, some athletes arrive at our door well conditioned with an extensive athletic background.

The point is we all have different needs when we start a new strength and conditioning program. It doesn’t make sense to throw you right into classes before you have properly learned the movements. So at our CrossFit, by the time you graduate to classes, you’ll have a good understanding of 30-40 movements, and you will know exactly how to scale each movement if you’re not yet able to master everything.

This also means that by the time you get to classes you will feel confident and comfortable showing up to hit the workout with the group.

We know you have a busy and hectic schedule, and coming to train at ShowMe should be a stress reliever, not add to your already stressful day. We have more than 35 classes each week that will allow you to make your health and fitness a priority in your life. More importantly, we have a dedicated coaching staff that understands that your health and fitness goals are an important part of your life. We are committed to providing you with intelligent, results-driven coaching so that you can maximize your training time at ShowMe.

We don’t just offer On-Ramp and group classes. We have several different specialty programs for members who are looking to work on their weaknesses, members who want to mix it up a bit and a program for our female members only.

  • Sport-Specific training
    Our coaches come from a very diverse athletic background and as athletes and members of both team and individual sports we have the natural understanding and practical knowledge of the demands on today’s athletes. We have designed plans for athletes ranging from young children (7-8 yr. olds) just beginning their athletic careers, pre-teen (12-14 yr. olds) needing an advantage in the early stages of high-level competitive sports, to high school and college-level athletes. We also have experience training young adults preparing to enter the armed forces. We are able to get you prepared with the advantage over your opponent, regardless of what you’re preparing to do.
  • Women-Only Wednesday (W.O.W.)
    This 30 minute class meets every Wednesday at 4:00pm and is designed as a supplement to your current WOD regimen. The first 15 minutes will be spent on warming up and mobilizing; the next 15 will be a non-stop class filled with body-weight movements, interval and circuit training that is designed to give you that added “boost” that so many desire. Led by and attended by only women, all of our participants leave this class drenched in sweat and loving every minute of it!
  • Private Training
    For our members seeking extra or more personalized attention in any aspect of our training, be it personalized nutrition plans, one-on-one training or a few extra sessions to really focus on one of the Olympic lifts, we offer personal training packages starting at the prices listed here.
  • Pregnant Members
    ShowMe has had the privilege to coach several moms-to-be and we have developed a program where we will work in-tandem with you to ensure the most advantageous and enjoyable fitness experience during your pregnancy. In the interest of caring for ShowMe CrossFit’s community of women we realized that everyone’s pregnancy is different and we decided to put together a program that focuses on your day-to-day experiences. Our approach is simple and acknowledges that the most important thing for expectant mothers is to listen to their bodies. If you are thinking of starting or expanding your family, we encourage you to continue your fitness journey for the duration. When the time comes, talk with one of your coaches and we’ll outline the next steps for you!!
